Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The previous agent tried to sell our house for few months and was not working well at all.  Our family member suggested meeting with Mila since they had an excellent experience and it was the best choice for us.  Milla took our listing very seriously and her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mila and Danny two months ago when we needed to sell our house in a hurry. We found Mila quiet by chance via board outside a house. We were looking for a house for our newly immigrating family, and we had very specific requirements. Once we explained the requirements to Mila, she was diligent in only referring appropriate houses to us. She was always available by phone or email. It was no problem for her to collect my nieces from our house to show them the houses, and then bring them back.

When we found the house we wanted and we wanted to make an offer, Mila handles all the complexity of the signing with ease. The owner lives in USA, and our nieces' parents, who had to sign the offer, were in South Africa. There were surety issue to resolve, signatures to obtain across time zones, and the owner-imposed deadline. Pages changed and errors were made, all of which Mila detected.

After the transaction was complete, Mila was most obliging in arranging a visit so my nieces could take measurements. She has told us that when the parents arrive, she would like to show them the house and to meet them.

All in all, we have never had such a professional, courteous, obliging, and friendly service as we have had from Mila, and we heartily recommend her to anyone
